Lots of the canapes have different layers for example a crunch, soft element and then a sauce or gel then topped with a herb or garnish.
We use the finest smoked salmon and crab from our local fishmongers. And source the best meats.
Over years of catering we have found that canapes have always brought that extra bit of style to your event. It definitely adds sparkle.
You can add canapes to your buffet or have just a canape function. We offer staff to serve the canapes with an additional cost. But you are more than welcome to self serve too.
