Included in the price, we set up your buffet and after your food event part is over we will collect all the crockery. So there is no need to worry about the washing up. That will be all taken care of.  

There is a deposit needed for hire of the china and cutlery, this is fully refundable if all items are returned and unbroken. 

Buffet service is for a minimum of 15 people with a maximum 300 people depending what buffet you choose. 

Coasty Catering will deliver for free within Bournemouth, a small charge for further.

Please order your buffet at least 4 weeks before your event.  A deposit of  20%, of the cost of your buffet is required at the time ordering to secure your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your event. In some circumstances we can accept orders within the 4 week period.

Cancellation of your booking within 14 days of your event is non refundable. 20% securing deposit is non refundable. 

For weddings we require a 30% deposit and the remaining balance is due 12 weeks before the wedding. If you cancel the wedding before 12 weeks your 30% deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 12 weeks of your wedding 50% of your event balance is non refundable. Cancellation within 3 weeks of the wedding the full amount is non refundable.

You may want to take out wedding insurance in the unlikely event your wedding is cancelled. 

Please make sure you tell us if there are any allergies, food intolerances or other dietary requirements, as it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us. Please be aware that we are caterer that uses a kitchen that makes many dishes and has a wide range of food items, it is not a allergen free kitchen. We take great care when making all dishes to avoid any cross contamination. We can supply full traceability from our suppliers if needed.

Upon collection of chinaware/equipment we ask if there is any remaining food left for it to be removed before collection. And for all the plates, cutlery etc to be left on the buffet table ready to collect. In cases where this hasn't been done you may incur a fee for clean up service and waste disposal.
